We are proud to announce that we have facilities to make grey fabric auto loom's, power looms, sulzer looms and Air jet looms. We are producing woven fabrics in 100% cotton & poly cotton (in different blends) 33" to 130". We are producing percale, satin (plain, stripes, dobby), twills & jacquard etc.
In the towel division of weaving department, Tahir Towel has a unique combination of both shuttle less & auto looms of Dobby & Jacquard. We are also capable to weave towel from 300 to 1200 gsm and production capacity of weaving 150,000kg/month.
We have complete facilities for dyeing. We have latest machinery from THEIS GERMANY for optimum quality plus we also have H.T Dyeing Machine to facilitate our customers with reactive dyeing.
The dying unit consist of latest machines such as H.T and soft flow etc. The dyeing department is capable for processing 300 tons of material per month.

We have facilities of Rotary and Panel printing on modern machines. We can print up to 122". We have also facility of continuous bleaching, singing, mercerizing, and sanforizing. We have also facility of Jigger and Thermasol dying in from narrow to wider width. We have also CAD Cam facility where our team is always looking to develop and create new designs as per the customer's choice and latest trend.
We have ultra-modern complete stitching set up along with the skilled staff. We are producing, bed sets, curtains, kitchen linen, table linen, promotional/ gift items, hotels and hospitals linen as well.
